You should not provide sensitive information that is not relevant to a recruitment process.
8. Special Personal Information
EJD does not intentionally collect special personal information as a routine website activity.
A candidate may, however, voluntarily disclose special personal information where it is relevant to a particular role or recruitment process. Examples may include information relating to criminal behaviour, health, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership or other categories protected under POPIA.
Where special personal information is processed, EJD will apply appropriate safeguards and seek express consent or rely on another lawful basis where required.
